Open Geospatial Consortium, Inc. (OGC), has published specifications for serving data and maps over the Internet in a common way. These include Web Coverage Service (WCS) for serving raster data, Web Feature Service (WFS) for serving vector features, Web Map Service (WMS) for serving maps, Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) for serving map layers as cached map tiles, and Web Processing Service (WPS) for serving geospatial processing. When you publish certain types of services to ArcGIS Server, you can choose to expose them through OGC specifications.
Using ArcGIS Server Manager, you can view a list of the OGC services running on ArcGIS Server, where they are located on the server, and their corresponding URLs.
- Open ArcGIS Server Manager and log in. If you need help with this step, see Logging in to Manager.
- Click Services > OGC Services.
- Use the drop-down list to toggle between WCS, WFS, WMS, WMTS, and WPS services.
